The Park Townhomes are 12 community title townhomes located in Camden Park. The homes are rear loaded with the front of the homes being absolute park front onto the Creslin Terrace linear park. All homes were 3bedroom. 2 bathroom and 1 garage.
All homes were a high specification with stone benchtops, Smeg appliances and high quality flooring. External architecture was also highly specified with a minimum of 3 material elements and good articulation. The townhomes make up part of a larger project overall with 65 dwelling distributed across two small apartment buildings and the 12 townhomes.
